Vistaflor Puerto Plata Aparthotel - Mogan

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel's general areas. They were so bright and colorful, which made me feel happy and uplifted every time I walked through them. The beautiful garden with its panoramic views of the swimming pool was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to move around without any difficulty. The staff were also very helpful and always willing to assist with any needs I had. the hotel's decoration, general areas, and accessibility made my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

One thing I would have liked for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. Although the staff were generally helpful, there were times when I felt that more attention could have been given to older guests.

Over all I enjoyed my stay, it is a good bit away from the beach find on way down anot on way back as your walk is all up hill. Only €3 in a taxi so when your feeling tired it is a much better option to get a taxi. Good location for pouerto rico shoping centre, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops

I found the bed extermly uncomfortable many nights I woke up with a pain in my back and ended up sleeping on sofa which was alot more plesent

we liked staying around the pool and bar area great atmosphere.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, the room wasvery comfy and tidy. The location was convenient, with a shortcut to the shopping center. The staff treated us like family and Manuel at the pool bar was especially friendly and helpful.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The hotel is well located with easy access to the city center and affordable taxi rides. The pool area is the best aspect thanks to the friendly lifeguard who played with the children all day, ensuring they had a blast. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, which served fabulous food and drinks.

The rooms were quite basic and lacked air-conditioning, making it hot in the evenings. The paid Wi-Fi and TV services were an additional expense we had not anticipated.

There was no air conditioning (paying for this services would not be a problem), which i feel all hotels should have, fans are not suffice when temperatures hit above 40+ which they did , otherwise had a lovely time there and would recommend, there was a lot of steps in this complex but as i had been to this area before i knew and it was not a problem as the taxi service there is 2nd to none, and are very cheap and the car are so clean and new looking, the food was also first class in all of the restaurant we ate in

The room was great, the food in the restaurant was great, big supermarket on-site, nice pool and within walking distance of everything.

We would have preferred a double bed instead of two twins and maybe it would be nice to have a fan in the room. Perfect other than that.

The hotel had a great location close to the shopping center, just a 5-minute walk away. The views were gorgeous and the pool clean and enjoyable. The kitchen had a toaster, microwave oven, kettle, and two burner stove, making cooking easy. The staff was friendly, and the towels changed daily.

Nothing everything was great.

As we only stayed for two days we had a nice time.Very good location close to all amenities and value for money. We would definately stay there again, and very clean.

The apartments were so clean and the pool each day was spotless.

the facilities were great but vey noisy in mornings am when bottles were being collected

Pleasant enviroment nice staff willing to go out of their way for you without asking.appartments basic but clean.We got what we requested.
